Insulating cold-going pipes against condensation places great demands on the quality of the materials, especially in the area of pipe supports. We offer our customers a wide range of safe and proven pipe supports, combined with RAL quality-assured and fire-tested pipe clamps. Furthermore, we are able to develop customer-specific solutions. Our range is rounded off by RAL quality-assured profile rail systems and mounting accessories. Our goal is to support refrigeration companies with optimal products and accompanying service.

The main features of MEFA insulated pipe clamps

1) Vapour barrier

All MEFA insulated pipe clamps are equipped with a vapour barrier in compliance with "AGI Q03, vapour barrier".

2) Insulating core

The insulating shells used for all insulated pipe clamps, in combination with the vapour barrier as a total system, have a water vapour diffusion resistance number of μ >= 7000 (total system), thus ensuring system conformity with the leading insulation manufacturers.

3) Connection insulation

The MEFA insulated pipe clamps are designed for problem-free bonding with common insulating materials (e.g. rubber). The face side of the ALU/PU >80< insulated pipe clamp can be processed without any problems using solvent-based adhesive from the market leaders*.
