Skills shortage. It's a buzzword that's on everyone's lips. But no one has a patent remedy for it. For us, training within the company represents a first step in the right direction. 

We at MEFA have been offering apprenticeships for many decades and are proud to have successfully accompanied many young people into professional life. To be able to continue to claim this of ourselves, we are still looking for motivated, reliable trainees who are ready to get started with us.  

It is sometimes not easy to keep track of the large number of apprenticeship occupations and companies offering training, but you can get a lot of first-hand information at the various training fairs.

We are therefore pleased to be present on

29.04.2023 from 9 to 14 o'clock at the Berufsinfotag in Künzelsau and
13.05.2023 from 10 to 15 o'clock at the JobBörse in Schwäbisch Hall.

A good opportunity to meet our training managers and current trainees, to get into conversation and to learn everything about MEFA as a training company.
